Help Build a School in Haiti

The 2010 Haiti earthquake crippled the education system in Leogane, destroying more than 300 schools. Basic education is one of the leading factors in generational poverty, so during the month of March, we are going to raise $25,000 to build one school.

As of 16 January 2011 there were 194,095 cumulative cholera cases and 3,819 deaths in Haiti, according to MSPP (the ministry of public health). Overall, new hospitalizations appear to be leveling off and the national case fatality rate is 2.0% (2.4% in hospitals).
